I'm so glad you found my blog page! With so many sites out there about health and wellness, it's hard to get noticed but my intention is to inspire you to take responsibility for your good health and well being and enjoy it! We are all on a journey, and we need to learn how to listen to our own body and keep it running (no pun intended) well! I hope to share ideas about food, drink and movement! I don't like the words "diet" or "exercise"!
